Your Zepp history, by day.

ZeppSync lets one account owner keep a private daily history from Google Health and receive a short evening summary in their own Hermes Telegram chat.

Before you grant Google Health access

ZeppSync requests read-only access to activity and fitness, sleep, and health measurements. It selects records labelled as created by the Zepp app; these may include watch, phone, unknown-device, or manual records.

Selected records and daily summaries are stored encrypted on the owner’s private server. A short summary with steps, sleep and heart rate is sent to the owner’s Telegram chat. If the owner asks Hermes to analyze their history, the requested daily metrics may be sent to the AI model provider selected in Hermes. No data is used for advertising or sold.

What the integration shows

Steps, sleep and heart rate in a brief evening message.
Additional available metrics, such as distance, exercise, oxygen saturation and HRV, only when the owner asks Hermes.
A warning when the Zepp source does not confirm a watch, so phone or manual data is not presented as watch-only data.
